I like to watch

There's a Facebook Group called "Ventriloquist DUMMIES" where ventriloquists from everywhichway post videos of their practices and performances.  It's a closed group, so I'm not positive everyone can view it without being a member.  Ventriloquist Dirk L. Golden moderates it.  But if you can see it, it's a fun place to grab a laugh and watch... well... ventriloquists!
