This Elmore head looks pretty frightening now. But he'll get a new nose and maybe a few more facial tweaks. I'll cut larger eye sockets to accommodate 1-1/2" eyeballs as well.I hope it will be an improvement.

I'd love to see pics as you progress on the nose. I added a lot (apoxie sculpt) to the nose on my Brose head, but did it on the surface then dremmeled out the inside. This is probably where your sculpture skills really shine!
